1. Consolidation of the micromobility market in Europe

With the advent of COVID-19, social distancing and public health measures, new use cases and opportunities quickly opened up during 2020. The market for shared and commercial autonomous vehicles has now dwarfed that for personal autonomous vehicles, making it the fulcrum towards robotaxis and driverless trucks. This will continue into the coming year with a rapid acceleration in investments, pilot projects and commercial partnerships.
