Proper-wing fraudster Jacob Wohl receives some unhealthy information in his civil and felony instances
Right-wing peddlers Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman were killed on Monday when senior US District Judge Victor Marrero denied the two men’s attempts to postpone their civil suit until their criminal proceedings are complete. Judge Marrero indicated that delaying the case could compromise the integrity of future elections and dismissed all arguments put forward by Wohl and Burkman for postponing the civil suit against the two men National coalition for the participation of black citizens for violating the Ku Klux Klan law.
Wohl and Burkman face a handful of criminal prosecutions arising from their roles in creating and conducting a racist and factually incorrect robocall campaign to suppress votes in Ohio, Michigan and New York. Wohl and Burkman’s attorneys have tried to argue that handling the two cases at the same time would be contrary to men’s rights under the Fifth Amendment. Judge Marrero ruled that claim is “Totally speculative,” indicating that the two men did not have to reveal anything in discovery. More importantly, Judge Marrero stated that the sooner the Wohl and Burkan trials were dealt with, the sooner the integrity of our elections would come a step closer, as “a speedy resolution of plaintiffs’ claims will further clarify the acceptable limits of election-related behavior for activists, voters and other interested parties, thereby promoting the integrity of future elections. “
