Liga MX 2021 Apertura: results, overall table of Mexican football positions

The 18 teams in Liga MX have the illusion that they are among the top 12 places in the overall table of Apertura 2021 and thus qualify for the Mexican soccer league next November.

A total of 17 days are played in which the clubs compete against each other and receive three points for every win, one for a draw and zero points for a loss. The last day’s results are below:

Liga MX 2021 Apertura – overall table

The teams are ranked in the overall table based on the points added during the 17 dates of the season. In the event of a tie, the following tiebreakers will be applied in this order:

1. Better difference between goals scored and goals received
2. Higher number of goals scored
3. Scored more goals than visitors
4. Special scores between the clubs with the same number of points
5. Best localized in the general quotient table
6. Tabla fair play
7. Draw

The first 12 teams at the end of the season qualify for the league, which begins with a playoff round between the clubs in places No. 5 to No. 12 in the general table to play the quarter-finals of the league.
